Refunds for canceled services depend on the timing of the cancellation:
If goods are lost or damaged during transit, compensation will be processed through the agreed-upon cargo insurance policy. Claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence and necessary documentation within 72 hours of delivery. Refunds or compensation are strictly limited to the insurance coverage terms signed prior to shipping.
Halfmile LLC is not liable for and will not issue refunds for delays, holding fees, or damages caused by custom authorities (ZATCA), government regulations, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or any other Force Majeure events beyond our direct control.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
