Halfmile LLC provides premium logistics, fleet transportation, custom clearance, and construction development solutions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally. All services are subject to availability and execution as per formal agreements.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
While we employ top-tier security and handling protocols, our liability regarding lost, delayed, or damaged cargo is limited to the terms specified in the individual shipping or service contract signed prior to dispatch. Insurance coverage must be requested explicitly by the client.
All invoices must be settled according to the agreed-upon timeframe. Prices for services provided within Saudi Arabia are subject to a 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as per the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations.
Halfmile LLC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
